Membership Terms and Conditions

Fencing Master = Hong Kong Fencing Master Limited

  1. Upon successful enrolment of FULL semester program (without minus any leaves) at Central Club and completion of member form with waiver and disclaimer,  students will automatically receive Standard Membership

  2. Fencing Master reserves the right to suspend, withdraw and/or discontinue Membership rights and benefits, including, without limitation, suspension of a Member’s access to electronic login accounts or de-activation of such login account

  3. Membership are non-transferable  and non refundable and will be subject to renew on semester/annual basis as prescribed in each membership type

  4. There is NO MAKEUP or REFUND of any class for any reason. Membership are governed  with POLICY as listed here including but not limited to the policy on makeup, cancellations and classroom behavior.

  5. Amendments to program fee if offered is at discretion of Fencing Master subject to  non-negotiable administration fee.

  6. Member exclusive discounts offered  must be used in the defined period and requested  during enrollment of program at each semester and must be paid in full 2 weeks before the program start date.  No such discounts can be applied if failure to make such program payment in above deadline. Membership discount ,coupon and free lesson  cannot be prorated or transfer to next period, all unused offer will deemed to be forfeited.

  7. Member benefits may be subject to availability, black-out dates and local regulations. Please check with official Fencing Master email (info@hkfencingmaster.com)  for the most up-to-date information.

  8. Fencing Master reserves the right to amend or withdraw any benefits and programs at any time without prior notice.

  9. Fencing Master reserves the right to modify the program/class structure, benefits and other features, including these Terms and Conditions, or to discontinue FM Membership  at any time.

  10. All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of Fencing Master

  11. Fencing Master reserves the right to change qualifying criteria for Membership upgrades and renewal at any time without prior notice.

  12. Members’ profiles will be updated every semester.

  13. Fencing Master reserves the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion. Members are reminded to review the Terms and Conditions regularly at FM Membership website to ensure that they are familiar with the most recent version. By accessing and using FM Membership. Members agree to be bound by the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions.

  14. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws, any dispute, controversy, claim or difference of any kind whatsoever shall arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions against or relating to the Fencing Master or any affiliate of the Fencing Master under these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Hong Kong in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this Section. There will be one (1) arbitrator and the language of the arbitration shall HKIAC Rules be English. The place of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The governing law of this arbitration clause is Hong Kong law.

  15. Fencing Master retains its right to exercise or enforce any right contained in these Terms and Conditions. In the event that Fencing Master fails to take action, it shall not be deemed as a waiver of its right or prevent it from taking subsequent action in respect of that right or of any other right.

  16. Fencing Master requires Members to provide certain personal data in order to ensure the continued operation of FM Membership and  compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Fencing Master is not responsible for any loss or failure to deliver FM Membership  and associated benefits as a result of a Member’s failure to provide Fencing Master with up-to-date data.
